Exhibition Space and Show Requirements:
- Booth dimension is 10’ x 10” and all parts of the display must fit within the space. Typically there is no space between booths. Each 10 x 10 booth space will cost $300 if the competed application is postmarked by March 1, 2012.
- The show is held outdoors, so we suggest suitable protection from the elements. All exhibitors must provide their own equipment, (i.e. tent, display, tables, chairs, calculators, etc). Displays must work on a cobblestone or grass surface (No stakes allowed in Bond Park – strictly enforced).
- Booths may be set up 9am-6pm on Friday, August 31, 2012. You MUST check in first. If you cannot arrive from 9am to 6pm on August 31, you must make special arrangements. If you have an oversized vehicle/trailer, it is in your best interests to make special arrangements to unload due to limited access to the park.
- Booth locations are determined by the Committee. You may not relocate your booth once it has been assigned.
- There are a limited number of electrical hookups. An extra charge of $15.00 will apply for each receptacle. The exhibitor is responsible for providing extension cords and cover mats. You must pay for electrical service if you use a receptacle.
- Limited security will be provided in the park Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Merchandise left in your booth is at your own risk.
- Exhibitors shall agree to abide by “show” parking regulations. "NEW" regulations for the town of Estes Park prohibit parking of exhibitor trailers or oversized vehicles in the downtown area other than during unloading and loading times. Overflow parking is available for vendors to park vehicles and trailers at the Stanley Fairgrounds. Vendor vehicles cannot be parked on the perimeter of the park after loading/unloading.
- No cancellations after acceptance into the show.
- No early departures.
