Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary invites all eligible artists to submit completed applications for the 2012 Arts & Crafts Show at their earliest convenience. Booth rental fees will remain at $300 per 10x10 space if the application is postmarked by March 1, 2012. Please note: Applications postmarked after the March 1, 2012 deadline must pay a booth rental fee of $350. Applications postmarked after June 1, 2012 will be required to pay a booth rental fee of $400.
The 2012 park layout is expected to be similar to 2011, although we may see a few changes if the next phase of the park remodel is completed. Please review the map on the website for the most up-to-date park configuration.
Please note: If you cannot agree to and follow the Arts & Crafts Show rules indicated below, you should not apply for this show.
- Loading and unloading will be handled similar to prior years. You will be asked to unload your vehicle at the curb, move your vehicle to a normal parking location other than the perimeter of the park, and then move your goods to your booth location. For breakdown and loading, you will be asked to breakdown and move your goods to the curb, then let a parking volunteer know that you are ready to load and they will get you into the loading zone in the order that they receive the requests.
- Estes Park Town regulation prohibits parking of any vendor trailers/oversized vehicles or RVs downtown after unloading is completed. Parking of trailers and oversized vehicles will be at the Stanley Fairgrounds. There is no parking of any vendor vehicles on the perimeter of the park after unloading. If you are found in violation of any of these parking rules you may be asked to leave the show immediately.
- Sales tax will be collected on the final day of the show…NO EXCEPTIONS. You may NOT pay your sales tax with cash or credit card. You must pay by check. All checks will include State, County and Local taxes and checks must be made payable to: Colorado Department of Revenue. Sales tax will be filed under a Special Events License that will be obtained by Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary.
- Stakes are not permitted in Bond Park. Weights must be used at the time your tent is set up. It is recommended that you use 40# or more on each tent leg.
